Easy Outdoor Setup

The drop-in frame design allows the printed Coroplast graphics to be installed and replaced easily. The frame is designed to stake into grass or other suitable soft ground, making it a practical reusable display for real estate professionals.

Because portions of the sign sit inside the frame, keep important text, logos, phone numbers, and other critical graphics safely away from the edges when preparing your artwork.

Artwork Guidelines

• Create artwork at the same size and orientation as the corresponding template
• Use CMYK color mode for best print results
• Raster artwork should be approximately 150 DPI at final print size
• Keep important text, logos, and graphics at least 0.75" away from the edges
• Convert Pantone/spot colors to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Do not include unnecessary crop marks or printer marks
• For double-sided printing with different artwork on each side, provide artwork for both sides
• Use the provided 24" × 18" Main Sign Template
• If ordering a Rider, also use the provided 24" × 6" Rider Template
• Review all spelling, phone numbers, addresses, and contact information before uploading
