Welcome to OliSign. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of olisign.com and your purchase of products and services from OliSign. By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading artwork, approving a proof, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our other posted policies.
1. Products and Services
OliSign provides custom printing, signage, display products, and related artwork and design services.
Most printed products are custom-made or produced to order according to the product options, quantities, specifications, and artwork submitted or approved by the customer.
Product images and examples shown on our website are for general reference. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to materials, manufacturing processes, screen displays, lighting, and normal commercial printing tolerances.
2. Orders and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting an order, including product, size, quantity, material, finishing options, shipping information, and artwork.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, or other content submitted with the order.
If additional information, artwork, or approval is required before production, production may be delayed until the required information is received.
3. Artwork and File Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that is appropriate for printing.
Unless OliSign has specifically agreed to provide artwork or design services, customers are responsible for spelling, grammar, image quality, resolution, dimensions, bleed, layout, colors, transparency, and other elements contained in submitted files.
OliSign may identify apparent artwork issues as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for detecting or correcting every error in customer-supplied files.
Artwork preparation, text changes, layout preparation, revisions, file setup, logo redraws, image adjustments, and other print-ready file preparation performed by OliSign may be considered design or artwork services and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Digital Proofs and Approval
When a digital proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approval.
Approval confirms acceptance of the artwork, spelling, layout, dimensions, placement, and other details shown in the proof.
Production may begin after proof approval when approval is required.
Digital proofs are intended to represent layout and content but do not guarantee exact color reproduction, material appearance, or final printed color.
5. Production and Cancellations
Because OliSign products are generally custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If you request a cancellation before production begins, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will determine whether cancellation is still possible based on the status of the order.
Artwork or design services already performed are not refundable solely because a customer later decides not to proceed with printing.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, specifications, and options may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted at checkout when the order is placed.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If an obvious pricing, technical, or product configuration error occurs, OliSign reserves the right to contact the customer to correct the order or cancel and refund the affected transaction before production.
7. Color Quality and Printing Tolerances
OliSign uses standard commercial printing processes. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Colors displayed on monitors and mobile devices may differ from printed output. RGB, Pantone/PMS, or other colors may be converted to CMYK where appropriate, which can result in color differences.
Coatings, materials, substrates, finishing processes, and production methods may also affect final color and appearance.
Reasonable variations in color, density, cutting, finishing, and other characteristics inherent in commercial printing are not considered defects.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless OliSign expressly provides a written delivery guarantee.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Shipping, delivery estimates, multiple-package shipments, address problems, and carrier delays are governed by our Shipping Policy.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because our products are generally customized or produced to order, ordinary returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced products must be submitted according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
You retain ownership of artwork and other content that you submit to OliSign, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By submitting content to us, you grant OliSign permission to use, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, and transmit that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested products and services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce the content you submit.
OliSign may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe submitted content violates applicable law or infringes the rights of another party.
OliSign's website content, branding, graphics, designs, text, and other materials created by or for OliSign remain the property of OliSign or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or to submit content that violates applicable law or the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect OliSign, our service providers, our customers, or third parties.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party providers for services including payment processing, website hosting, production, shipping, analytics, and other business operations.
Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms or policies of those third-party providers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OliSign will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
For claims relating to an order, OliSign's liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.
