Ordering Custom Printing with OliSign is Simple

Follow these steps to choose your product, upload your artwork, and place your order.

1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT

Browse our products and select the item that best fits your project.

Choose the size, material, quantity, finishing options, and any other available product options.

Not sure which product is right for you? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

2. PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK

Prepare your artwork at the correct size whenever possible.

For the best print results, we recommend:
• PDF files whenever possible
• Correct final dimensions
• High-resolution images
• CMYK color mode
• Fonts outlined or embedded
• Important text and logos kept inside the safe area

3. UPLOAD YOUR FILE

Upload your artwork directly on the product page when placing your order.

Please make sure you upload the correct file for the product and size selected.

If your artwork is not ready yet, contact us before placing your order and we'll help determine the best next step.

4. REVIEW YOUR ORDER

Before checkout, double-check:

✓ Size
✓ Quantity
✓ Material
✓ Finishing options
✓ Uploaded artwork
✓ Shipping information

This helps prevent delays or production issues.

5. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Add your product to the cart and complete checkout.

After your order is received, we'll review the order information and submitted artwork before production.

6. FILE REVIEW

We review submitted artwork for common printing issues that may affect production, such as incorrect dimensions, low resolution, or other obvious file concerns.

If we notice something that may affect the final print, we'll contact you before production.

Please note that file review is not a full design or proofreading service. Customers remain responsible for final artwork content, spelling, layout, and design accuracy.

7. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Once your order and artwork are ready for production, we'll begin printing.

Production times vary depending on the product and order specifications.

When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
