Optional Rider

Add a 24" × 6" double-sided Rider above the main sign for additional information such as agent names, phone numbers, property status, website addresses, or other short messages.

If you select Rider: Yes, artwork for both the main sign and Rider should be prepared using their corresponding artwork templates.

Optional Pennant Flag

Add an Open House Pennant Flag to increase visibility and help attract attention to your display. This option is ideal for open houses and other real estate events where additional roadside visibility is helpful.

Artwork Guidelines

• Create artwork at the same size and orientation as the corresponding template
• Use CMYK color mode for best print results
• Raster artwork should be approximately 150 DPI at final print size
• Keep important text, logos, and graphics inside the designated safe area
• Convert Pantone/spot colors to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Do not include unnecessary crop marks or printer marks
• For double-sided printing with different artwork on each side, provide artwork for both sides
• Use the provided 24" × 18" Main Sign Template
• If ordering a Rider, also use the provided 24" × 6" Rider Template
• Review all spelling, phone numbers, addresses, and contact information before uploading

Upload your print-ready artwork when ordering. Our team will review your files before production and contact you if we find any issues that may affect print quality. A free digital proof will be provided when needed.
