Refund policy
We guarantee our prints meet industry standards. For general issues, contact Customer Service. If you believe an order is defective, notify us in writing via our online support system within 6 business days of receipt. After this window, the order is considered accepted and ineligible for remedy.
Once notified, we will respond within 5 business days regarding a refund or reprint. If we request further information and it is not provided promptly, we are not obligated to offer a remedy,For verified defects, we will provide either a rush reprint or a full refund.
We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise. Once a resolution is determined, we will contact you within 24–48 hours. If you do not respond within 5 business days, the claim will be closed.
Unless otherwise agreed, you must return the entire original order within 15 calendar days of approval. Failure to return the product will result in the order being recharged to your card. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt; rush reprints begin within 1 business day of receipt. This constitutes our sole liability; olisign.com is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.All time dedicated to the creation of print-ready files (including text, layout setup, color modes, revisions and minor edits) are considered design services.
The following issues do not qualify for a refund, return, or reprint:

Shipping & Delivery: Orders refused, undeliverable, or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We will reship these at the customer’s expense.

External Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, labor disputes, strikes, power failures, or other "Acts of God" beyond our control.

Customer File Errors: Misspellings, grammar, bleeds, incorrect folds, transparency issues, or low-resolution artwork (under 300 DPI). We do not edit customer files.

Color & Finish: Shifts caused by RGB/PMS to CMYK conversion, color/density variations, or the inability to write on UV-coated products.

Customer Mistakes: Duplicate orders, cancellations after production starts, or missed deadlines for time-sensitive materials.

Technical/Legal: Data loss, malicious code, or delivery without a signature. Advice provided by our staff does not shift liability to Olisign.com.
